Continuing the journey within the Erasmus+ project “Music and Dance, a Perfect Fusion,” the focus now shifts to Serbia, where Just Dance Club implements innovative methods developed in collaboration with Music4All School. This crucial phase, titled “Implementing the Results in Serbia,” takes place in April 2024 and marks an important moment in adapting and improving pedagogical approaches within the school.
Application of Stage Movement Methods
Teachers at Just Dance utilize their expertise to integrate stage movement techniques developed for musical interpretation into dance classes. This process involves detailed adaptation of methods to fit the specific requirements and dance styles such as samba, cha-cha, and jive, ensuring that these new techniques enhance not only performance but also the artistic expression of the dancers.
Monitoring and Continuous Feedback
The implementation of new methods is accompanied by careful monitoring and regular collection of feedback from students and teachers. This step is vital to ensure that changes to training programs are effective and meet the needs of students. Reactions and suggestions are used for continuous adjustments and improvements.
Dissemination of Successes and Challenges
Just Dance not only implements these methods but also disseminates them within the dance and artistic education community in Serbia and beyond. Experiences, both successes and challenges, are shared through conferences, workshops, and online publications, contributing to a broader dialogue about innovation in artistic education.
Conclusions
“Implementing the Results in Serbia” at Just Dance is a vibrant example of the impact of international collaboration in artistic education. This activity not only improves the quality of instruction at Just Dance but also provides valuable models of innovative pedagogy that can inspire similar institutions worldwide.
